I've been told to boost the high end of the kick a bit and i'm on that right now, but some more opinions would be cool, let me know what you think! :) https://soundcloud.com/kondria/muto passionPunch Don't EQ your kick at all. Set your kick to -10 db and mix everything else around that. You can't let any other elements cover it up, which is what you're doing. Here is a short example for reference.
