| Why does everyone hate Orangesto? The court of public opinion is now open. State your grievance or forever hold your peace. |

Orange is the new black and white.

Gold star to lad or lady who can name the DJ. |

I don't really "hate" him, although he did (and probably still does) carry some petty vendetta against me, probably for mocking his Tiesto affiliation.
Generally though, he's just a bit of a runt. To paraphrase Trainspotting, the successful in the forum sphere, as in all others, rapidly segregate themselves from the failures. Some people immediately fit in, express the right opinions, bite back wittily and generally accrue respect even from those who hate them. Jenny and Eric, for example, constantly snipe at Hal and Selma, but there's no denying all four are stalwarts. Others, despite their best intentions, just come across as whining, witless second-raters who cling constantly to the social periphery despite their best efforts and unconvincing proclamations of how little they care about fitting in. OrangestO simply doesn't have the nous to fit in, whether it's crying about elitism in Music Discussion or tripping over his own editor dick in trying to jump on the L4C pedantry bandwagon. Always late to the party, always the bridesmaid. |

It's not that serious, man. It's a ing forum.
And nope. I had to Google that. Good guess, though. |

| Thx sj, while I don't agree entirely I get your gist. For me he's an immemorable irritant. Maybe that's why I had to ask. As far as team Selma vs team Pie I wish they would have it out. You can feel the tension but everyone is too butt hurt to lay their cards on the table so to speak. Look we've already forgot about orange. |

Memorable enough to make a thread about.
I love you stranger. When you're out there walking on the pavements in the city, remember our exchanges as if they were the only words to touch your soul. Reflect on the times I entered your mind and stroked your thoughts as you sat on your plum velvet computer chair your mom bought you for christmas. Hypnotized by the computer screen.
Blink.
Look up at the sky, friend. It's as far away from you as you are from me. Open your ears to the cars and conversations around you. They're mere whispers to my voice in your head. You want me near but I'll never let you find where I type these letters, words, paragraphs, forums posts. NO! I hear your footsteps approaching - or perhaps that's the sound of the keyboard. |

If you're trying to court me, I feel it's my duty not to lead you on and to inform you I'm not gay. Don't worry one day your prince will come. |

Doesn't everyone at some point take drugs too far and accidentally take 4 boner bills and then worry about losing your penis which then triggers that internal conflict wondering if your angry birds streak is just pure luck or you need to ride it. And at that point you explain why you waited so long while the doctor and nurse look at you like a homeless bum, you just kinda get tired of fighting everyone.
That's how I feel. |
