1st yes...2nd no. Some...most are not, trust me.
Japanese are cleanest.
Koreans 2nd.
Chinese....welp. Some of them are clean. Money does not guarantee this. They can drive a car that makes you feel like a janitor, but really the junk smells of all spice and afro puffs. They can be trained. Their culture does not promote cleanliness. Under that makeup there is some old food generally. The Mexican "shower" was invented here. |
