That's what they are hoping for, everybody should think this way.
I stopped a few years ago. We had a lottery on postal code. Many people joined as no-one wants their neighbors to win it all. Also this lottery spends a high amount on charity, but I decided to that too. |

| I used to play those $2 scratch-offs. Then I stopped. It got to a point where it just became boring and a waste of time. |

Never have and never will. The chances of me winning anything are infinitesimal, so no thanks.
Also, I hate those s who hold up the line for ages at convenience stores spending money they don't have on lottery tickets and scrathers or scratch-offs or whatever they're called, you might as well wipe your ass with that money. |

It's scratch. I pay at the pump to for that very reason unless I need to buy paper to roll my "cigarettes".
Your dollars would be better served for lap dances. At least you're getting something in return while helping her pay for college.
Do whatever you want it's not like you're getting a tattoo. We all waste money just on different things. |
