Bet all those so-called heros would scream police brutality if they were being treated like that by cops.
Get the guy down, hold him there, call the authorities. No need for the extra curricular stuff. |

The former is not unheard of (and that's obviously despicable), but mainly the latter (it quickly ran out of control after a news anchor said on national television that it was justified in one particular case, then armies of vigilantes started beating up "criminals" and eventually started targeting innocents). |

Because the cops are authority, they're trained in ways to subdue without excessive force and carry things like handcuffs and mace.
A beatdown from a police officer is not acceptable but the cops acted in that video was actually pretty civil considering jack jacking and attempted kidnap are serious felonies with federal time attached.
That dubass is going to do at least 5 years hard time for that, especially as it's not his "first time" :rolleyes: What a way to throw your life away - all for a banged up minivan. |

This is in San Diego, cloe to the border and he's trying to steal a van, so he was most likely involved in the drug transportation business. His use of language there seems like his originally from the northern parts of Mexico. Man, I should be working for the D.E.A. |
