ALl the ones online like Score from Slyder are not that good compared to CD quality.
All my "pro" converts of various mint records I had done don't come close to their CD counterparts.
Do you simple need really expensive gear to get vinyl sounding great?
Why don't they re release a lot of these vinyl only tracks? Minimalistix have some crazy old trance that is locked up in vinyl's. |

vinyl rips vary wildly in quality.
there will be people who say you need expensive equipment, but it is easily possible to do to a high standard on pretty standard equipment as long as you know what you are doing. |

I don't know that specific label, but with most 90's labels generally either the rights are in limbo, the owner is no longer in the music business and/or doesn't care or the masters are lost. Or all of the above. Also re-releasing from 15-20 years ago on some obscure label is rarely worth the effort, if you put the re-release on Beatport you're probably going to sell like 10 copies. The few people who care probably already have the vinyl. |

| Actually, an increasingly large amount of back catalogues are becoming available online. If the labels are still active and they have the masters, they will often put stuff online in digital format. |

Minimalistix was mostly known for this average remix of Cafe Del Mar, which itself had an awesome remix:

| Still waiting for some of the Eye Q Records to be released digitally. I guess it will never happen :( |

Yup. I've managed to snag quite a few treats off bandcamp. Takes a bit of digging but there's a lot of labels and artists putting stuff up on there.
ASC recently put up a ton of Auxiliary stuff. I'm not sure what was up before, but he sent out an email a few weeks ago I think.

I asked Barry Jamieson about the Fluid stuff and he told me that he is planning to but them up on digital format later this year.
I doubt that will happen but i hope |
