ID a 94/95 German trance track with sample from film The Candyman?

Hard trance track that uses a sample from The Candyman film. Can't remember the full quote but says something like "I am the shadows..? The sample is quite long, about 15 seconds and only appears once in the track (or in the part of the track that I heard in a mix anyway:happy2:).
Probably about 145bpm, using a 909 kick drum, had a similar tempo and use of synths as Robotnico 2 Backtired. Had a nice upbeat synth loop that always made me feel like I was on a mission!
