its been a long while since i did a mix, i think my last mix was last year in november or something..darkcore jungle mix..
anyway, i was itching to do a mix because its been a long time and have been exploring ambient and drone again, playing video games like FTL and hotline miami.. which of course are great games :)
the photograph is from a camping trip where we walked many miles and encountered a mintfield. lots of wild mint growing everywhere. amongst lots of animal too. i was treading carefully.
so yeah. thats the story.
the levels are quite low in this recording, i think i ed it up somewhere but i wanted some headroom for dynamics because i usually squash the out of my mixes (trance/drum&bass/electronic) but this kind of mix requires some kind of dynamics to be present...
but yeah... have a go and open your mind quaaaaiiid
