Stereo or Joint Stero ??

Hi Fellas, Well.. I have some dudes about the Stero Options.
Ive Been Ripping and corventing mp3s for years, However I always Use J-Stereo, But I would like to know which has more sound Quality: The stereo or the joint stereo, and why please...

normal stereo is better, but also takes more space
Stereo - You store 2 separate channels, one for left and one for right
Joint Stereo - Only one channel is stored, however also stored are the differences between left and right, so the stereo image can be recreated
Mono - only one channel is stored; and that's it |

| if u intend to play it loud use stereo, joint stereo is a good space saver for pc usage, mono is just crap lol |
