It was either here or the "Does Australia Suck?" -thread that I wanted to bring this guy up. I can't recall many if any Australian DJ's, or producers. Well not in this genre anyway, psy doesn't count because it's one of the few genres that I'm utterly bored with and listening to it makes me sick. I digress.
Feel free to call it cheap or whatever snarky comment it is you come up with, but I for one love his productions throughout, at least what I've heard which is all pre2000. Haven't checked discogs for sake of possible conversation.
Am I alone in liking these? Anyone else remember this guy?

Marauder still gets played at Berghain at least once every single ing weekend right now. If someone would make a tally, it would probably one of the most played tracks this year. He's actually playing Berghain next week, might go see him if it's a good timeslot.

My favorite track of his is probably this one. Heard it in a Rodhad mix a few years ago and instantly loved it.

| I should also mention, he's been sort of making a second career as a disco/house guy (as Late Nite Tuff Guy) in the last few years. There's a feature on RA about it - http://www.residentadvisor.net/feature.aspx?1651. From looking at his RA profile, he's got a pretty decent tour schedule as well. |

| Like both too. Haha I honestly had no idea he's that in right now. Eager to hear what he has to offer live, especially since I don't know what to expect, at all. He'll probably disappoint me like all the old-timers have sooner or later. But glad to hear that he's managed to make a career out of all this and still touring. Kudos. |

| I like some of his acid/techno stuff. You might also want to check Secret Weapon (3), Pura (Honeysmack), and Voiteck: all talented Australian producers who made some dirty oldschool acid. |

Heh, had no idea who DJ HMC was before the thread, but yeah LNTG is rather popular with fans of disco/re-edits... played his re-edit of Toto's Africa at my friend's wedding last weekend and everyone loved it :P |
