Yea, that . Can't stand it. Especially if its dark and you really gotta piss so you sit to take a whiz but you wake up fully erect. that , you gotta push it down, so it doesn't touch the rim, but not too much or it will touch the bowl. Then if you don't do it right (and if you have foreskin and it's doing something funky with the stream) you piss OUT under the god damn toilet seat.
