Hi Guys,
I'm new to the forum and DJing. I've been an edm producer for over a year now, and a musician for several years, now I'm looking at getting into the world of Djing. I'm really into brostep, complextro and metalstep, so I would like to have some fun playing that and maybe promoting my own tracks a little too. I don't really know much about the scene or the equipment/technique standards. One thing I do know, is I would like to incorporate some elements of live performance into my sets, via midi instruments. I have recently purchased a misa tri-bass, novation mini launchkey and alesis samplepad. I'm looking into getting a ni traktor/control s2 controller setup. Other than that, I don't know much about equipment, getting gigs, etc.
Any advice will be well appreciated!
