Welcome to the 20th Anniversary Frequency 8 featuring Christopher Lawrence, DJ Dan, MARS, Dyloot, Jimni Cricket, and many local favorites. Kandi Love joins forces with the legendary Frequency 8 crew and Double Stacked Entertainment to bring you one mind-blowing event�So Stoked for Frequency 8 Gold Edition. Join us at DNA Lounge for a radical audiovisual experience, like nothing you have felt before. This is a Gold Edition since the gold ribbon is an international symbol for childhood cancer. Only 3.8% of government cancer research funding goes to childhood cancer research. No new chemo drug has been developed for kids in the past 30 years. Partial proceeds from this event are donated to CureSearch (the leading children cancer research organization) and to Jayden�s Journey for Eddie�s 5 year old son battling leukemia. CALLING ALL DJS! Ever dream of sharing your craft on the main stage at SO STOKED?
Well now is your time! We here at Kandi Love are looking for new upcoming local talent to warm-up the main stage at our upcoming SO STOKED event. Think you got what it takes?
*RULES*
-Please upload a 30-minute demo to Mixcloud.com with the Tag "So Stoked Contest" in your description!
-Post your mix to the Facebook event page thread (https://www.facebook.com/events/696203340428713/) ! Feel free to share your mix around, but if we don't see it in both that post and with the 'So Stoked Conest' tag, it will be harder for us to find you.
-Tell us a little bit about yourself! Why do you want to play So Stoked? What made you want to DJ? How are YOU different than the other DJs out there?
-We love music of all varities, but keep in mind this is for an opening warm-up set! Winner will be performing from 7pm to 8pm on the main stage. Don't be late!
-Mixes will be judged based on Originality, Mixing Ability, Flow, and Promotion (listens/comments/favorites)!
And the best part is... even if you don't win this time around, you will always be considered in our sights for a future SO STOKED event

| DJ dan is my fav and DNA is one of the first clubs I ever stepped foot in like 12 years ago. Would love to go. But if dan plays less than 90'min it's a no go for me. So with that do you have set times? |
