for all of those who have tried krispy kreme donuts (i'm talking about the glazed one... the rest are whatevers.)how well do you think it would do in other countries? i mean they have just started an expansion campaign across the united states and from what i know every store that has opened gets great business... but do you think it would do well in other countries or even continents?

| Krispy Kreme finally hit PA and their donuts are very good. I like them more than Dunkin Donuts...and for some reason Krispy Kreme's stay fresh longer. Recently, one of their bakeries opened up close to my house and for some reason they're closing already. They've only been open for two months too  My sister's friends dad works there and we get free donuts all the time...but now we won't anymore :whip: |

| krispy kreme still hasn't some to NJ. you have to get them packaged, and that defeats the whole purpose of having fresh donuts. |

theyre pretty good, but i still prefer timmys. there is just something about hortan's thats so right. also the fact that im from hamilton (home town, highest number of em) might have something to do with it. |

One just opened up 5 mins away from my house.. and it's ALWAYS busy. there's usually a 10 car line up at the drive through, and the line goes out of the door most of the time. They had to have police around when they opened it.
And all I can say is that the donuts arnt that great. they're small, very small, and too sticky and dont even taste that good. I dont know why there's so much hype over them.
Another place near my house, andy's donuts, sell the BEST DONUTS Ive ever eaten in my life. their apple fridders are like 3 pounds, and the size of a cake, I cant even finish one in a sitting and I eat alot. and they're under a doller.
i dont really like tim hortons that much. they're ok. |

as soon as they opened the first canadian store, a friend of mine bought about 50 dozens for $10.99/dozen and sold them @ work for $30/dozen. he made a killing!
oh yeah, and when it says "microwave for 8 seconds", don't leave it in for too long. I put one in for 8 MINUTES once when i was high and it liquified. I had to eat it with a spoon. |

Even on freezing thanksgiving weekends, there is a 500-metre-minimum lineup length. crazy ppl.. you'ld think they're soldiers lining up for rations...
