His music and the music he plays has evolved just as he has with age.

Seen him live a few times, but never 'met' him. He does seem, however, to be a genuinely decent bloke, and that seems to come across on his radio show.

I think he is a very talented DJ , and could be absolutely phenomenal if he really put his mind to it, but he is hindered by what he plays, be that either down to him or his team, or whoever chooses what he plays and produces.

Apparently people here never made it clear enough for him.

He is phenomenal to the people that currently follow him. He was phenomenal to me at one time. I just can't get with the 'new sound', or else I'd be still following him to this day. The stuff most of the mainstream djs are playing does not take you on a journey like the older stuff did. It just leaves me with a really bad headache. IMO.

I agree with this 100%.

I just noticed Lolo was online here, talking about a really nice guy:)

He's Airwave for the people who don't know.

Armin visited him not long ago. Airwave mentioned on his FB page how much he enjoyed that day.

Does anyone know the name of the track at the end of the interview video? It sounds familiar, I am guessing it is one of his.
Titanium
lol how could you not known sail? It was the most overplayed track by him back then.
Kilixpree
and sail was the entrance theme of 'Shogun' in ufc.

That's awesome... funny enough my first-ever time seeing Armin was at Koolhaus in 2002 (along with Steve Lawler and Desyn Masiello). A great show, although I haven't been following much of Armin lately I'll never forget some of those shows I've seen him at - a few times at Spirit, down in DC in '04, and the incredible Tobacco Warehouse set.
