K, so Friday night B0bb0 & Pat came up to Gainesville to see Acosta live with me. The show was kick ass and we got incredibly stoned Friday night and had tun-o-fun and junk, lol. (Seriously, had a in' blast!)
Anyway, this book begins Saturday night!
I was at a party out at the springs (a common thing my friends and I do, go to the springs and get ed up out of our minds and play volleyball and swim and , lol)Well, we had just got done playing a 2 hour game of full-contact-hit-as-hard-as-you-can-and-try-to-kill-the-other-team-4-on-4-tackle-football on the volleyball courts so my ass was covered in sand. Anyway, I was on about my 4th beer(I was starting to feel it) when I saw on my cell phone that Pat McGroin had called me, which meant he was probally still in town! So I called him back and he said he was bored at a friends house and was looking for something to do since he was still in Gainesville. So I told him that I'd be there as soon as I could and we'd go to a party in G-ville then drive back to the springs and party more.
Well, it's about a 45 minute drive from the springs to where Pat was in town so I just jumped in the car, no shoes no shirt, all sand, and hauled ass down the interstate. When I got to Pat's friend's apt. I asked her if I could take a shower(at this point the girl and I didn't know eacho ther's names) so I hopped in the shower and when I got out I was introduced.
So we went to a party, Pat and I had some keg Heiniken and had a private bowl passing session with the party throwers then headed out for the now hour long drive to the springs.
We got there about 2AM and some redneck that my friends had met earlier that night had stole some money from my boys, so they were all piss drunk off in the woods looking for him.
Pat & I sat around the fire and drank some Yuengling untill they got back when we and played an even hard than before game of tackle football...5 minutes into which Pat decided enough was enough and sat out (sorry Pat, had to tell 'em :D)
So anyway, when Pat needed to get back into town I was entirely too drunk to take him, so I let my boy and neighbor Dane take my car (he's 17) and drive back into G-ville at 5AM! I was running low on gas though, so when I gave directions to them I had them stopping at the gas station closest that was open.
Well, about 30 minutes after they left we got a phone call saying they were on the side of the road out of gas! I wasw wondering how so, they should have passed a gas station, so Pat tells me they are on Main street and my boy Jayson andI take off looking for them, now about 5:30AM.
We drove around for about 45 minutes and by the time we had found them (10 miles the OPPOSITE direction of where tehy should have gone!) the sun was coming up! So we go borrow a gas can from the station but it was only a one gallon can and it LEAKED! so we had to make 2 trips back and forth.(Oh, I'd forgotten, they were about 9 miles in the wrong direction, but they pushed the car up a long hill, jumped in and rode it downhill cus they thought they were going in the right direction!
Just before we all left the side of the road the kid that I was riding around looking with soaked a towel in gasoline and torched the . They left it burning in the grass but I made him kick it into the road so we wouldn't be responsible for torching Northern Florida. Well, when he kicked it the rest of the towel ex[ploded about 2 feel from my face, and well, that was very hot, but funny as nonetheless.
So about 6:45 AM we headed back to the camp site to get out stuff and woke several people up for their breakfasts when we pulled in. While sitting around waiting for Dane to fold up his never used tent Pat decided to burn random things in the camp fire. he lit up bottles, paper, marshmellows, boxes, cookies, all kinds of . He's now the official TA pyro, ROFL, he sat there entrance with hoe "cool" a burning bottle looked. Pat finally got back to hid friend's house at 8AM and I got precisely 45 minutes of sleep before work the next morning!
Ahhh...can't wait till next TA meetup! :D |

| so do you go to UF or something or you just live in Gainseville? i have never been up there ironically enough. where are the rest of you floridians from? and how many times have you all hung out? i suppose all of this info is in that sticky florida forum thread but it's too long to go through! |

My day at work actually isn't that bad.
Sorry for this being so long, but not much would make sense if it wern't explained.
Pat and I decided this HAD to be on TA, so read people, lol.
Sly, I stay almost on campus, but no, I don't go to UF. I'm taking off rom school for a while.
Waiting for Pat the Pyro to hit this up and fill in about the whole getting lost thing...hehehe... |

na, nothing really happened on our long ass wait after being lost, except the whole car rolling down the hill thing. that was cool as :D
I'M A PYRO!! and i would change my custom status, BUT starfox has to beat me first in sc :p |

Oh YEAH! thanks for reminding me!
while on the side of the road we were confronted by wild alligators, 2 of them, in fact, which Flo and I succeeded in wrestling with untill we stuffed that towel in their mouth and BOOM!
Oh, and the Wolves and Bears are interesting stories too, but I'll save those for later, heheheh... |
