This is a nice booking, might just have to check it out. I dig Suzy Solar when she goes into that banging old-school Coldharbour-esque mode, pretty badass. |

That would be awesome if you came out. Suzy goes on 11:30-12:30ish, Ben 12:30/12:45 to close. It's without a doubt going to be lots of fun! |

| Last time I heard trance in a club was when I saw Suzy at that one place that tried to do a trance night (can't remember what it was called?). I think Antillas was there that night, too. I got to chill with her on stage, lol. But the night was an overall flop. The club was horrible from what I can recall. Wish she had a longer spot but I might come out for this. |

That was Club Underground. The promotion company in charge of that night failed to bring in any headliners after Antillas so of course it flopped. It's now called District 3. Suzy just played there for the Fetish con after party. They totally redid the entire club so what was the main room is now 3 rooms.
As far as Suzy's set time for this event, we decided to let Ben play a little longer and in doing so we had to sacrifice some of Suzy's set time. Originally, there was supposed to only be 1 of the nights resident Djs playing before Suzy. One of the other residents pitched a fit (and got their way against my wishes) so now we have 3 Dj's before Suzy. Totally unnecessary if you ask me. Sometimes you have to make compromises when you work with others and that's what I did on this one. In the future, I'll make sure this does not happen again |

Glad they redid that club. It was wayyy too big for what they were trying to do (and a dump, in my opinion). Not surprised it failed - and fast.
Three DJs before Suzy? Oy vey. I can understand your frustration.
Oh well, I'll probably be there to support, especially since it's at the Kennedy. Not everyday we get trance (or anything for that matter) in Tampa. |

Very cool. So I take it these Icon Thursdays will be at least a semi-regular occurrence going forward? If so, will it always be trance or other genres as well?
And any specials for just one bottle of Grey Goose? I don't have that many trance friends :toothless |

They'll do more trance shows if this goes well. 1 bottle of Grey Goose is $150 |

| One of the opening DJs isn't playing this show anymore so Ben Nicky will now get a 3 hour set. He will be going on at 12:00/midnight now instead of 12:30/12:45AM. Suzy Solar will play from 11-12PM. The resident Djs Bizcardi and Camo will play from 9-11pm. |
