John shows so much diversity of style and energy with the EP. Expect some very melodic and uplifting sounds mixed with some elements of progressive. Odyssey and Icarus are slower tempo tracks, delivering a real summery vibe.
On the flip side, Apollo is more chunky, with superb bass and drive. Lots of plucks, pads, and heavenly sounds.
All round a great piece of craft, and a much welcomed return to the scene!
