Anyone know of a cheap (or free if reliable) esoteric software filter capable of turning lead type sounds into nasally plasticy unusual tones?
I can do a forum search but then what's the point of a discussion forum without discussion. |

Look at LFO tool Rich.
It's a little known fact that there are dozens of really cool filters in there as well including formant, phasing etc. |

+1 to LFOTool.
Also, Tone2's BiFilter2 has a ton of filter types and some of them can get very nasally or plastic sounding.
That said, start with what you have. A band-pass filter (or combo of hi-pass/low-pass filters) with resonance will get you a very nasal sound in almost any filter. |
