Awful stuff.

& Andrew Rayel is any better?

Tijs was 'decent' only until Magik 7.
"Tiest0r in Concert" was the celebration of his retirement from Trance, it was a Pop "concert".

i think that this is relevant:

you just need to read 'tiesto - adagio for strings' instead of 'linkin park - in the end'.

Andrew Rayel is not the next Tiesto. Tiesto used to be the next Tiesto.

Do yourself a favor. Go to discogs.com. type in Andrew Rayel. Then listen to all of his singles, mixes, and remixes. Also, go on soundcloud and listen to a minumum of 5 sets.

Now, go and listen to Tiesto's works year by year to see how he has evolved as an artist. Listen closely. You tell me if Andrew Rayel has done groundbreaking things for Trance Music in the same league as Tiesto. Has he pushed the envelope?

Always follow the three criteria when analyzing any DJ.
1. Is he a good producer?
2. Is he a good remixer?
3. Does he put on a good liveshow/ has DJ skills?

Don't just judge a DJ on a single set that you may like. Really do your research and listening, and then decide.

Yeah, no thanks, they're both trash.

Well I guess Armin doesn't know either. Its pretty obvious he's been grooming him to be the next big thing for at least 2 years. And its more than just the fact he's signed to his label, he could be pushing any of his artists instead.

Andrew Rayel is and has been rubbish ever since he started producing. I don't consider him to be trance because you can't even listen to his tracks because they clip like anything and noisy as .

Techno sounds like trance hell space ambient sounds more like trance compared to the that gets tagged under it just like with house music as well.

Is this according to history though? As far as I'm concerned, Tiesto was still king in 2003.

You're entitled to your own opinion but i invite you to compare ASOT shows from 2003 and tijs in concert.
Tell me which has better content.

Armin is doing "whats best for business" , TA is not interested in all of that - TA is about the music itself.

So then I'm curious, if Armin is rubbish, tiesto is rubbish, Andrew rayel is rubbish, martin garrix is rubbish, hardwell is rubbish then who exactly is rated as a trance DJ here? Or is TA just about dissing any producer who's had a bit of success.
