The bible-thumping Inbreds of Kentucky have banned Sodomy. I'm sorry, Abe. Your State is vitriol for gay rights.

Kentucky law distinguishes first-degree sodomy from first-degree rape. In sodomy cases, unlike rape, the criminal system there classifies sexual intercourse separately from deviate sexual intercourse, implying homosexual rape is somehow different than heterosexual rape. The punishment for both crimes, which are Class B Felonies, is 10-20 years. It is uncertain what will happen to the two 17-year-olds. Much will depend on how the county prosecutors decide to pursue the case.

I have been to Louisville, KY. I've driven throughout the Appalachians, been to Nashville, the whole nine yards.
My ex is a Professional Musician from Kentucky. There are some good people there, and I have utmost respect for those that I've met.
That doesn't mean that I want to share my country with your lawmakers and with those that oppose my very own existence.

ing hang them, and the minors acted in a very adult way, so try them as such. I ing hate that the 17-yr old from the Delhi gang rape got away, cus he was the worst of them all - he ing pulled her insides out, by hand, through her vagina. People like that have acted in a severaly animalistic manner and have thus forfeited their human rights, in my opinion, but my view might be tainted, being a 'survivor' and all lol :p |
