I wish I could enjoy salads. I really really do. I just can't for some reason. No matter how I prepare them. Even with huge chunks of meat in them and trying every dressing in the world a salad just doesn't do my appetite anything.

I think it is mainly a texture thing. Spinach leafs make think of eating stuff off the ground, iceberg lettuce is disgusting feeling, and i am not a fan of diced radish and stuff like that.

Idk, maybe. I doubt it though. More of a pizza, bbq, burgers, mac and cheese, ect fan.

Although I do enjoy salads, my main reason for eating them is not in the pleasure, but in the in the nutrition. I have one at work every morning around 9:30. We've come to refer to them as "breakfast salads" at the office. I figure, prepared properly, it's a good way to cram 4 servings of vegetables into an enjoyable experience.

As for appetite, I agree. They do nothing to satisfy me. But, nothing really every knocks my hunger down a large degree. I am 6'1" 145lbs, and my metabolism is outrageous. I "graze" all day long. If I don't snack on something every couple of hours, it means shaky hands and debilitating headaches, and the inability to focus. :(

I'm terribly clumsy, unfortunately. I'd knock the sumbitch over and spill wax in my salad or some such. :( Or, at worst, start a fire.

sounds like youre better off at chipotle, probably better off staying away from the cutting board you might just give in and slit your own wrist
Zoso
I aimed for the wrist once...slipped and took off the tip of a finger. What are you doing when I get off work? :gsmile:
