Finally deciding to toss out my 10 year old midiman controller and preordered one of these. It might be the best vanilla 25-key keyboard that I've seen. The basic one is 89.00 that doesnt have aftertouch, while the latter is double the price. Should be out in 1-2months. It was either this or the arturia for me, I think its a winner.

Dang, that's pretty nice. I actually always need smaller keyboards due to space (and the fact I can't play for so it's more a case of wasted space) but the smaller ones like my current Akai have really crappy keys. This looks like it has great keys on it and I like the pads and knobs.

Only problem is that the new Electribe is coming in the next few months which gives me so much more GAS.

Electribe eh, ill hear that out I doubt it will be as cute as the older generations. Id suck off aids for an elektron machine, worth.

It looks pretty nice for the price, wonder how it actually feels though.

I want to shoot my sticky maple syrup all over your face, RANN.

Just picked up the VI25, its a huge upgrade from my M-Audio Oxygen keyboard. The keys feels great, the pads work like I expect them too and the pitch bend / mod wheel feel very sturdy. It's somewhat heavy you can pick it up and tell it is well made. Aftertouch is great, not that many keyboards in this price range have it.

Oh, and as you can see the layout of the entire keyboard is awesome. Its compact space wise but everything you need can be accessed quickly.

Nope, still can't understand you. All I got from that was Maple Syrup and RANN.

I think you're trying to sell me some? Thanks, but not interested.

Back OT, what's with all the new mini keyboards? It seems the resurgence of great, small keyboards at the moment.....

Cashing in on the phenomenon of youths with cracked copies of Live on their Momma's macbook wanting to hook something up for facebook photos so they look pro.

Same reason Rokits exist.

In other news, check out my 'other' studio setup :haha:

that alesis looks really nice, looks well made, the ma duio stuff is just cheap i wouldnt get that stuff. for what? 160 for aaftertouch thats good, but i dont see them play the keys in the demo.. they proly arent that good, but it looks well made......and the pads to the left is good, defintely looks well made. the lighting up velocity "looks cool" agreed but it serves no puepose other than it does it.

Filthy Americans, moogaudio doesnt have it in yet. I'll trade you a case of hotdogs.
