Tiesto playing in my hometown, falls on his head, gets concussion

Nobody really follows Tiesto anymore and I sure as hell barely ever do anymore either. but my friends told me that Tiesto was supposed to play sometime in my local city arena but then he hit his head on the decks and had a concussion.
I was wondering, people were saying he was playing pre-recorded mix, because when he got knocked out people were speculating if it was a prerecorded mix.
