Dedicated Dithering Plugins?

Which one would you suggest? Do you use a dedicated one or you employ the one that comes with the Lmiter/Maximizer?
The reason I'm asking is cause I noticed dithering affects quite dramatically the overall balance. For example the transient of the kick and the stereo image.
Looking for transparency, something not too invasive. |

Dither for what?
You only really need to dither when going down to a 16bit file, in which case, do it, but if you're staying in either 24 or 32bfp then no need. |
