The speed of your track sounds closer to Breaks. DnB is faster.
Breaks tracks are around 140 bpm
DnB tracks are around 170-180 bpm
note: 1 breakbeat snare every second beat.

| If it's drum and bass with trance riffs, I've been hearing stuff like this at parties since I started going to them...Sounds like mixmag is trying to capitulize on this by annoucing it's a new genre, and by sticking trance in it, because I think trance is one of the most popular forms of electronic music out there, even more so than dnb. I really think this is DnB rather than a new genre |

its got a couple of klute and john b tracks, so same artists as on the mixmag cd, really smooth mixing etc. |

| that mix is by a local dj here in brisbane, australia, very good.. warmed up to the likes of ltj bukem. and theres a tracklist in the .zip file :P |

no its not jungle doesnt have a hint of trance in :rolleyes:
Im with DJ PiO, Morning Light by Concorde Dawn is ing good, most tracks on the CD get boring quickly though, I dont expect this genre to stick around long |

| lol, if this stuff is the next big thing, then my area is ahead of the trend. Which is ing funny as hell!! NC w00t w00t!!!!!! Maybe we will finally show up on the map lol. I saw Cause4Concern at a haloween party here, it was awesome. I luv me some good DnB, its weird finding it here, but I'll take what I can get, muahahahah. BTW, I got a decent collection of DnB shared on the hub every once in a while if yall want some, hehe. I dont go on there very often tho, my college dont like file sharing |
