DC n uploads(speed)

alright, so im using DC and it works fine for me, i can dl just about anything, etc. what im curious about is the opposite side of the picture.
when i first started using DC i had great ul speeds on my ethernet, pushing 100k in some cases. now it seems that only a relative few people can even get stuff off of me, and when they can its like 1-2k or worse. i honestly dont mind sharing at all, ive not had bandwidth issues that i know of - due to those wack speeds- but im wondering...is there a way to fix that?
ive tried passive mode, nothing
ive tried ing with the ports, nothing
ive tried directing it to my main ip, nothing...
im starting to think the University put the smack down on my uplaods somehow, but am clueless to know if its possible, or how. its a damn ethernet, and i can send on AIM faster than DC which is crap. any ideas| |

Umm maybe its the people downloading off u, maybe they are on 56k or sommit :)
Would explain the slow upload speeds to them :)
More liek their slow download speeds :) |

its not tho...
i have 5 ul spots open and only 1 or 2 people can connect, and then only one gets to dl - at like 500b/sec. its rediculous| |

And seemms like u have a router problem or something
Some people cant do peer to peer, so something maybe messed up, unless u cna use other peer to peer progs fine :s |

| pings, latency, connection type, possible caps on downloading, could be alot of things. Your ISP could've capped your uploads aswell.. |

at least u aint on cable and download at .045 and .018 constantly!
