yup!!Videos with Format: SVCD (.m2v files) require a video player
such as Elecard Mpeg2 Player v1.30 (Win9x/2k)

If you wish to use Windows Media Player to view the videos
then install the player above (FIRST) and
then install the M2V Codec and try it out.
