Finally I found the name of this extremely rare song!
Unfortunately it is again an unreleased version!
Holmes Ives - The Future (Original Mix) [CD-R] [Not On Label] made in 2002.
The only version released is DUB Mix which appears on the compilation Global Underground #025: Toronto 2003 https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ksg4eYC00i8
