Less than half of cz (480 spadina) resides under silver dollar. If anything ever happens to hotel Waverly then zone would likely be doomed

| good news, I wonder why hotel waverly is not a "heritage" building as well? I read somewhere that it's the oldest hotel in the city? It's probably more than double the age of "The Silver Dollar". |

| I bought an "I <3 CZ" sweat towel there years ago when they first started selling all that merchandise, and the best part is that the wash tag on it says 'Waverly Green Room'. |
