He's been getting a lot of love lately, including Resident Advisor.

This will be a three-hour set.

Anyone else going?

I know this is attracting a lot of heads from Orlando, too.

I want to write a review like old times, but I'm going to save my energy for better things today (like the trip I'm about to take to Space).

I just wanted to let people know that shows here are now being held in the left room again (it's been expanded and remodeled). They still have the same sound system, but it does sound a little better in the bigger room. From what I've been told, they're going to upgrade that system eventually. Honestly, though, Three is so ing overrated it's ridiculous. I've given this guy chance after chance to try to keep me moving on the dance floor and I end up disappointed every time. It's like these guys get together at HPC and around like they're in their bedroom three decades ago. I've even been told, "Yo, when these guys play at the after party they throw down." Well, how about throwing the down right now. Without getting into details, places like this just don't do it for me anymore. The end.

Sucks that he didn't bring it last night. Truthfully, I've seen the guy play some ridiculous sets there in the old days, upstaging many headliners that he used to bring in.

I will say HPC has gone down the ter, which is why I didn't attend last night and haven't been. Too spoiled by the big systems and dope venues to deal with that spot nowadays

What I hate most is the completely mixed crowd. I don't mind going out to "regular" bars, in fact most of the time when I go out it's to regular bars and places. But when I go to see some "quality" house music (not saying Three's set was considered that last night), I don't necessarily want to be mingling with a bunch of people who don't even know there's a house music party going on. It has a ing weird vibe.

Even worse than the people who are aloof are the house music regulars who think they own the place.

I actually think the venue itself is good (except for the sound system). The layout is nice, great beer selection, good looking place. It has potential. But the parties do ing suck there. Haven't been to a good one since Oliver Deutschmann and it was only good cuz he was tearing up, not because of anything HPC did (or did not do).

Everything you guys said about the club is so true. Feel the exact same way about the people, the vibe, etc.

As far as Three, maybe he's just not cut out to be a headliner.

Dude just doesn't know how to take me on a journey. And that's what I expect when I'm on the dance floor.
