Morphosis Records has teamed up with progressive breaks guru, Omauha to bring you his sophomore album titled Eight Cities. When you think of progressive breaks, Omauha is definitely a stand out, prolific artist who portrays the sound to the highest of standards, as well as Morphosis; a label devoted on delivering progressive and intelligent music.
It the second chapter of Omauha’s work, your ears will lay witness to a more mature and thought out sound, yet without taking away from his first breath-taking album. Once again, the focus and primary intent is to deliver a well-crafted album, in the form of progressive and intelligent broken beats. Each song is composed of well thought out and beautifully crafted sound design. The combinations of organic, ambient beat-less intros, intermingled with warm pads and strings, layered over deep, yet warm aggressive bass, infused with lush pianos and floating arps that set your ears up for blissful, energetic leads that bring you to the climax of each individual track.

Back in 2014 we released Eric Rigo's Bora Bora EP with two melodic progressive house tracks and now it is the time for the remixes. Matt Ether remix on Bora Bora is even brighter than the original with cheerful melodies, a real summer track. Mechanical Pressure made breakbeat remixes on both tracks but he went darker this time. There is no lack of pumping bass and sweet melodies in his interpretations.
