[SOLVED] Trance or Techno/Tech House ID 1995 or 1996

Hey guys,
Can anyone help me with this trance ID from 1995 or 1996?
Any help/ideas/label names much appreciated!

This track is part of a set called Live mix vol. 3 (side A) done by a Hungarian DJ, DJ Schulz, in late 1995/early 1996. I have the other tracks identified already, and they all came out in 1995, so the missing one is also very likely to be from 1995.

If it is any help, the "bassline" from his unknown track seems to be the sped up version of the bassline found in Blue Train - Get Movin', but this isn't that track or any official remix of it. |

Not having much luck finding this tune. I cut the entire song from the liveset to provide a broader sample, and hopefully increase the changes of being identified.
Note: the vocals toward the end of this sample are from track 4 and are not part of track 3.
