Edit: I might have to trade my mac pro for one. Since I loove trading things!
What do you think? was it a nerve racker? or little concerned? aww

Lets carry on, shall we?
I plan on getting these if things go according to plan and a bryston. If so, it would be better than my active PMC's (setup now) and more costly.
I'm thinkin of getting raph's pioneers if there is a cheaper version.
And a final analogy to go with it. Rann is chubbs and i'm Happy G lol

I asked specifically which bryston they prefer and there is a newer one i have my eyes on because there is one that goes with it in the brochure is around 4,000, which is an older model that i get at gear slutz, bay or audiogon for half
This is exactly what i heard and noticed when I A/B'd (Lynx hilo) tested the behringers and the pmcs and equal low volume. Aes out to PMC and XLR out to Behringers with amp.
The 6.5 Inch PMCs were very liquidy and soft like blubbery sound compared to the raw warm 5inch behringers with external amp.
Rann even helped me calibrate my monitors so thats not the issue. If i get more treatment my gut tells me that it will further conclude my findings.
Oh i'm def not a fan of bass, so you can drop that or drop the bass. I like even ness and neutrality close full range without sub as possible.
The PMC had a bigger soundstage than focals and they were clearer. It def my changed my choice in kicks, which ended up blending well with the rest of my tracks in one project.
Anyhow the results were so shocking that it led me to disbelief. So thats i bidded on the event passive 20/20's and when they come we'll see what happens, to keep pmcs or not.

I still don't know what GAS stands for (not even gonna bother to look it up =p) but since we're discussing gear, I recently finally got a Roland Juno HS-60 (to replace the original 106 that I sold years back). This one seems to be even better, as it's basically a 106 with loud, powerful speakers!
Current setup:
Just sold the Alpha Juno 2 yesterday, as I finally procured one of my fav. polysynths again, and don't think I'll ever be needing others. Selling two spare 606s, which I obviously don't need (got em' for a bit of a bargain, thought I'd try and make a profit). Also selling the MC-202, as I've already got the 101, which is pretty similar. Hit me up if interested. :D
But yeah, I think I might be done with buying gear for the rest of my life. Pretty much got everything I may ever need here...
