Of course there's also Iboga, but it will only help those who are willing/wanting to quit. Iboga kills cravings of all sorts, but if the person doesn't sincerely want to quit, he may eventually relapse.
Incidentally, Iboga also took away my cravings for nicotine, caffeine and sweets, but I'm currently smoking and eating sweets again, simply because it wasn't something I wanted to quit at the time (no more coffee for me, however).
