Yeah his whole schtick shows just how insecure the dude is. He's becoming increasingly irrelevant. Outside of music he's probably fat and miserable. He has to feed his ego somehow. It's a shame too, though I never went to one of his shows I did really like his fabric CD from a couple years back. Thought it was dope.
This is not hip-hop where creating tension and beef lends itself to inspiring new, great music... it's house music where it's about having a good time and letting go. House/techno DJs whom talk about other DJs always sounds so lame in my eyes. Even when the "non-EDM" guys talk about the "EDM" guys, I roll my eyes, even though I agree that the EDM stuff sucks. Many other people love it and some of them will start listening to the "non-EDM."
Anyways, why can't he just do his thing and let others do their thing? Enough music, parties, podcasts, etc for everybody. |
