Wat? You ever seen the IDF go in to gaza? It's like fly swatting only to Arab children.
What about mossad? That assassination operation in Dubai was a fine bit of state sponsored terrorism. Even killed a few strangers for good measure at the same time.

So state sponsored terrorism is all good as long as you qualify the reason? SO if it's for religion, then not OK, but for political or financial gain, or destabilization, then all good?
Here you go. Look at the massive increase of entries for the 2000's onwards. I terms of the reasons targeted: So many "unknowns" and even more "not known to participate in an fighting".
