Guestion of house... Bass or just kick?

I was trying to learn some house beats. And I was trying to figure out some house songs how they are constructed. Some of them seem to have very low bass (but you still recognize it it is bass). But some are more difficult, like this one: [[ LINK REMOVED ]]
Is there bass synth going on? Or is it only a bass drum that is quite deep so it sounds like a bass synth line? What do you think? |

Yeah, actually? It is offensive. It is saying to me that it's perfectly okay to use a word that describes me with negative connotations to describe something negative. That's not okay. Please stop.
And yes, actually, one of my best friends is a comedian. She doesn't stoop to jokes that make fun of peoples' identities. |
