FORAY: A new venture in the quickly growing Toronto electronic music scene focusing on quality events with unique and underground talent. A natural extension of what has been brewing inside the minds and hearts of its founders for years.
We invite you on a journey with us to foray into the deeper, sexier side of electronic music.
For our first instalment we present to you Culoe De Song, one of the biggest rising stars from South Africa. Along with Black Coffee they deserve praise for ushering in a renaissance of house music from their part of their world with a captivating and engaging artistic presence.
A collection of work on Mule Musiq and Innervisions across 2009 and 2010 alerted the world to his talents. And now De Song and Innervisions have re-joined forces, releasing his first EP in four years. There's a strong chance you've heard his powerful track "Y.O.U.D.", championed by Dixon, it's the kind of track that leaves its mark on dance floors large and small. Tougher than the billowy deep house South Africa is famous for, prancing synths and slow, soaring pads are tightly wound across a thunderous kick and bass combo.,
Join us on Friday, April 24 at Parlour as we also celebrate our favourite Camilos birthday. This one is going to be extra special :)

IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT.
Dear Friday night fans,
It is with deep regret and disappointment that we announce that Culoe De Song will not be playing at Parlour tonight due to his Visa issues.
We worked tirelessly to make this happen, tried every avenue possible, and just could not get the Visa to come through in time.
But we won't let this deter us. We’re still very excited to host a great evening with the talented lineup of homegrown artists consisting of Andrew Chorniy, Mina, Pasha & Gera.
Please know that we are very grateful for the immense support you have shown for this new venture and the event. We are already making plans to reschedule this event for the summer.
