There was a thread here that Mark Anthony started - some release, one tune of which sounded a bit in the style of oldschool Platipus. Forgot what the release was. Otherwise, not really. This Mr. Gasmask release is in the oldschool vein, as well, for the most part, but not exactly a la Platipus:
If you're looking for new oldschool Acid Trance in the style of Union Jack, it's pretty much dead, although other acid styles are very much alive.
Mr. Gasmask is one of the only ones I know occasionally putting up new oldschool acid trancey stuff (this one probably being as close to oldschool Platipus as I can find):

your best bet is to go back and plunder the depths of the platipus back catalogue, unless you have fully exhausted it.

When it comes to baselines you should check out Pitch Black's catalogue, very similar 90's style trance and progressive. Too bad they stopped doing what they do best.
I'd say Five EP's from them will meet your criteria.
