I really like Fab Filter Saturn to warm up my bass sounds... multiband, extremely flexible with tons of different distortion algorithms and characters, great modulation support, L/R and M/S stereo support.
For me its a one shop stop to distortion no matter how I want it to sound. |

Check out the "Warm Tube" algorithm, it works wonders for bass.
Trial is free for 30 days as with all Fab Filter stuff. |

| Melda's distortion saturation plugins are probably the most in-depth in terms ofconrol. I dislike saturn. Ohmicide is great if you take the time to learn how to use it. |
