I watched Keoki do a faceplant right into the decks once, that was funny. Taylor showed up, after spending three days or something on a crystal bender. Boots-in-a-dryer on every mix, ended up collapsing under the decks. Epic.

Lol, that guy is a such a twat. I mean, if you're going to cane it, at least finish your set and stumble out of the DJ booth.
Reminds me of darren emmerson at the leeds love parade. rarely have I seen a DJ that wasted, but he thankfully had enough basal autopilot in his core to finish up his before literally falling out of the DJ booth.

It's happened to me though. I used to be the stand in DJ for when the resident wanted to go to the toilet (er, with a lady) and I'd quickly have to go through his 6 crates (it was a regular 5 hour gig) and slap something on.
He must have been partially deaf as the booth monitors were so ing loud they actually rivaled some of the main PA speakers. It was one of the frist time he ed off, and he had a little box with pot in it for the booth. Unknown to me, when he ran out of the booth he turned down what he thought was the booth, but it was the ing master. I didn't hear the main system was now quieter due to the booth being so defining. I mixed a couple of tracks and everyone close to the booth were still dancing nicely away and feeling it but around the edges of dance floor and the level above they were getting still.
i'm thinking wtf? Am I slowly clearing the floor mid way through the night? Are my crowd reading skills suddenly non-existent?
The main DJ comes out the toilet, I see him with a look of surprise, the runs across the dance floor in to the booth and jacks up the master, and the club goes bonkers with the sudden blast. I think I got away with it, but he was really ing not happy with me until I pointed out at the end of the night he'd not just ed that girl in the toilet lol.
