Sure everyone's going to be out of the city, but I saw this pop up and thought I would post.. Dixon is going to be @ Output on Sunday & Carl is there tonight. Sure it is going to be super jammed both nights, but may be worth it for those that don't often get the chance to see Dixon
WOW, output was crazy!!
DIXON was excellent!
I am a fan!

Yep, Dixon is the real deal. Output was great. Crowd was pretty good. Output is much better than Verboten imo

Output was stuffed to the gills until Dixon closed around 6am. No idea who opened for Dixon in the main room, but the guy had no control of the sound or mixing. Twice during the course of his set, a track would end and the music would just stop. Pretty piss poor and ended up just hanging out up top on the roof.
Once Dixon got on, the floor was flooded. He really is amazing in what he does. Was absolutely blown away. Totally get why everyone loves this guy.
Was pleasantly surprised to hear him play this one around 5:30
Few others I remmeber:
Frankey & sandrino- Starchild (hyenah Remix)
Julien Breitz- digital Life
Akase- rust (midland remix)
CarS
how long was his set?
Sbliss22
A little longer than 4 hours. Got on at 1:30 played until just before 6
CarS
that was the longest set of the 5 he did Fri-Mon, lol
if it was anything like sat/sun, no wonder you liked it...
though I'll have to hold it with another poster:
Kristian Beyer is the better DJ

4th time I've seen Dixon over last few years and he never disappoints. Output this night wasn't even the closest I have ever seen it packed overall, yes the dance floor was packed until he finished his set but more than enough room to move about elsewhere. Was wondering if anyone knows why they flipped around the dj booth though? Whether or not it was just for a change or something actually wrong with the main booth. Overall, Dixon brought some funk, some darker tracks, and some great vibes well worth it.
jammanex
does anyone remember any other tracks? He played one track in particular, girl singing, going oh oh oh oh oh oh oh (lol sorry). it was amazing.

some DJ's request it (think Klock), for other's it may just seem more appropriate, etc.
IMO, it's better with the back set-up, gets the DJ closer to the crowd. Do it a lot for live sets....

Anyone know the track ID for this one? Think he played it sometime around 4:30
