I'm excited for this one!!!! Last year was amazing, production was off the chain and the talent was also great. I just booked a room. IMHO this is the best weekend to go to Miami all year. Art walk is going on the same weeekend so wynwood is live all over all the time.

I have been dying to see Nicholas jaar for the past couple years but he never comes to Miami, not even wmc.

I'm only going fri/sat so I'm sure both will be performing sun |

See that's what gets me. Tennis is here god knows how many times a year, DLaz was just here (although not with the moons) Mano just here and Roman comes rarely. Compared to last year I just don't see spending the money on it. Last year we got Hot Natured, Lykke Li, Flying Lotus, Jacuzzi boys, Chet Faker, Four Tet, Tiga, Hercules and the love affair, Jacques Greene.
So many awesome live acts. This year just a bunch of dj sets really.
Personally I thought last year was a better value. |

But this is what gets me...why can't a good party just be a good party? And what's wrong with DJ sets?
If you're a big fan of those DJs why wouldn't it be a great time? I think sometimes we can become too worried about crossing names off our list and forget that ultimately it's about having a good time and hearing music that you are actually passionate about.
Personally I like the lineup a lot better this year too. Those names you rattled off just don't do it for me like this year's names do. III Points is definitely on the radar for me, probably won't make a decision until August or so though. |

| Last year the hipster level was at about a 8. This year they toned the hipster down to a 5 or 6. Thank God Hercules and love affair.... I hated em. lykee li not my style either. Banks does it for me when it comes to that genre. |
