I got fired 4 no reason

I've been selling cars at a GM dealer, I was fine until 3 months ago when my old manager got fired, the assistant took over I dont think he liked me on a personal level, I think its because he was new at it and he was intimidated by my style.
My performance was good I was always 1st 2nd or 3rd amongst 6 sales guys. The reason for letting me go was...
I dont fit their vision of the future sales team..
HAHAHAHAHAHAHA what a bunch of .
So I was pissed yesterday... until i got to tonic and saw jules!

Sorry bout the cannage...
if it makes you feel better, HanSolo got fired from his last job too...He worked at a Rub'N'Tug...he had cleanup duty, but he kept slipping and falling in the mess. Management said they didn't want clumsy people in that kind of environment...didn't fit their vision of the company.
Han only benefited from it...his clothes are no longer stained everywere - and you too, my friend, will only benefit from this experience...Just ask Han "not in my eye again!" Solo.

dude,
First of all no one buys GM. Go work for another dealership like honda. If your a good salesman with the top 3 sales then you should be able to go anywhere and get a job. I have a buddy in sales and companies go to him.
Dont forget call some of those gov't agencies who will give them a hard time. Its your way of saying goodbye to them.

That's right, you should. I'm taking Human Resources Management at school and we learn lots about employment -- I have a huge labour law manual that has legislation on employment. If you care about being fired, I'd investigate further. They may have to give you termination pay if you win. |
