While exploring the history and foundation of the current electronic music phenomenon, a few names come to mind when remembering the roots of rave culture in North America. There were many who played a key role in nurturing the growth of this music, creating direction, being creative with venues and DJ's to bring you the most special and memorable nights.
World renowned by artists and ravers alike, Syrous set a standard in September of 1993 that others would soon follow.
Powering through the 90's, the Syrous name was synonymous with musical quality, over the top themes and event production.
But most of all, there was a certain vibe that any music fan who attended can confirm, could only be replicated there.
Always looking forward, with a finger firmly on the pulse of drum and bass culture, Syrous championed electronic music into the new millennium. The people behind the name have remained as immersed in the music as ever. And now it's time to light it up again.
