Very rare early 90's house music mixtape. Please can you help me name these tracks?

Hi all,
For 22 years I've been hunting down and buying records to try and recreate my favorite House Music mixtape from 1993/4. I simply can’t identify my last (and favorite) two tracks on the tape and I really need some help. I've uploaded them both to YouTube (advanced apologies for the poor sound quality but the tape is old):

If you could provide me with any details from track title, artist, producer, record label etc I would be very, very grateful.

| Any other info, like where/how you got it? Maybe a picture of the cassette? |

I'm afraid not. History is it was a copy of a copy that I recorded onto a blank tape. No clues what so ever.
Although I am going to list all the other tracks on the tape that I do know, and post them on here to see if that jogs any memories from that year/around that time etc.
Some have said that the second track may be an old 808 State track/remix so I'm going to trawl through their tracks. Can anyone confirm this?

I'm delighted to say that someone identified the second track "Brownstone - Pass The Lovin - UBQ Vibestone Dub". I'm over the moon but still need help with the first track please.
