Question about jeans ??

I got 2 pairs of jeans I bought recently that dont fit all that snug. I heard to get them to fit proper, one should wear them and sit in a tub of warm salt water !!!! That sounds a bit silly to me, but can anyone here tell me if that works or recommend any other methods to get them "worn-in"

Thanks in advance

err. wouldnt half the color leech out, leaving your bottom half, blue/black/pruple/pink, and what happens when the salt water dries out, probably leave salt crystals all over,

hmm, for jeans/coloured cotton i know they use a potassium/aluminum salt, as a mordant to lock in the dye to the cotton, but nothing like this.

instead of ruiuning the jeans/your skin, just go back to the store and exchange them, since you know what kinda size you need

as for soaking stuff, i know it helps to soak your hiking boots in water, and walk arround with soggy boots, b4 to mould the boot to your foot, so its comfortable, when you go on them 20 mile treks or whatever, but nothin like this

wouldn't you wash them after the salt water before you wear them?? i assumed that's what she meant... there is this place in ft. lauderdale called the Used Jeans Store...you can buy old used faded jeans...it's great:)
Az
aren't u supposed to wear them straight out of the washing machine to get them to fit properly?!?!

Go buy yourself some G-stars and look in the shop mirror how the pants sit around your butt. :D

Dunno if the sell them in South Africa, cause they don't have an office there :(

Otherwise, try the 6-series of Levi's instead of the 511's.

It is a fact that some female model jeans fit men better :)
