It was released in 2002, and 2002 in roman numerals is MMII.

i thought it may have been the second installment of an "MM" franchise and went scouting for it :stongue:

great mix... the first time that I heard "i have put out the light". Not as good as GU019, but still top notch.

Great album, iirc it was based off of when he used to do his Kiss FM radio show, he made one that he absolutely loved, with some edits and modifications that became MMII. Essential listening for when I saw him at Moby's Area 2 festival (for the first time).
Paradox Lost
Yeah, it seems as though this was recorded during his 'transitional' period between the prog trance and house he was hammering out in the late 90's, and the tech house he continues to push to this very day (which has changed very little in ten years). Has to be Digweed's least publicized commercial mix, and was the last one he released before he was tapped to do Fabric 20 three years later. It's a serviceable little mix that I haven't really revisited, and listening to it you can hear the changes that were taking place in the overall scene and styles of many other UK headliners. Eventually bought it after three years of it stating back at me from the shelf, and when I stay 'staring back at me,' I mean it:

BTW, you get a sense from a lot of these titles that they were expecting them to be the beginning of an ongoing series, until they eventually realized by the time they were due for another that this is way more effort than it's worth.
