Back when parties were illegal, most of the unreleased and life changing tracks ever created are actually sitting and rotting away in police evidence rooms across the world. Some parties actually had the studio inside the party. Even some of these dj's (who most likely got imprisioned for drug possession or something else that happend) brought dub-plate tracks to try out at certain parties.
I always wonder about those tracks and who made them (or "who" they made them with)......
It also saddens me (now that I got an authorization to mention this) that there are still dj's and musicians that are locked away from illegal parties, and the sad thing is that no-one knows about them. Maybe a really famous dj or musician now may know them....but they would start denying it left and right and would call you INSANE if you think they knew about that. But in reality they do know. :)
